IncinerPro i1000

The IncinerPro i1000 incinerator model is one of our range of incinerators with a fixed main combustion chamber and is recommended for the incineration of medium to large-volume animal waste (e.g.: sheep, pigs, slaughterhouse and meat processing waste).

Standard incinerator equipment

  • 2 combustion chambers (main and post-combustion), to be in full compliance with the requirements of Regulation EC 1069/2009 and EU 142/2011
  • 3 fully automated, independent burners (2 in the main combustion chamber and 1 in the post-combustion chamber)
  • Control panel with touch-screen technology
  • Automatic system for programming and controlling combustion parameters and cycles
  • Visual and audible alarm system
  • Refractory concrete resistant to high temperatures (1,500 °C)
  • Thermocouples for maintaining temperatures at set values
  • Double ventilated bin
  • Pulley-operated waste feed door with safety system against accidental closing
  • Ash removal door
  • Heat recuperator (optional)
  • Mechanized waste loading system (container coupled to the waste feed door, driven) (optional)

*The burn rate, loading capacity, fuel consumption are parameters depending on the animal waste (type, volume, species, age of the waste, humidity, density, how it was mixed), the incinerator loading method, the number of burners, the technical condition of the burners and the incinerator, the fuel quality.

Since no two waste batches are identical, the operator(s) must load a mixture of different wastes for a better incineration process. A correct mixture of animal wastes will ensure a better burn rate and lower fuel consumption. We recommend that you carefully read the instructions, user manual and technical notes displayed on the IncinerPro incinerator, in order to obtain the best burn rate and fuel consumption in the burning process of the waste generated by your activity.
