Waste incineration
How do we choose the right incinerator?
How do I choose the right incinerator?
The almost 20 standard models of IncinerPro incinerators differ from technical point of view.
Each of these models is designed and built by our specialists based on the specifics of the activity carried out, type of waste, operating method, in order to optimize consumption, combustion rate and operating costs. Along with incineration equipment, we have a large portfolio of equipment intended for disinfection and washing of spaces, vehicles and even personnel on farms.
To choose a suitable incinerator model intended for the elimination of animal waste, you need to know some initial information:
- What type of activity do you carry out/will you carry out. Ex.: animal breeding, slaughterhouse, processing, incineration services, kennel, etc.
- What type of waste will you incinerate and from which species of animals does it come? Ex.: pig carcasses, slaughterhouse waste, etc.
- What is the composition of the waste? Ex.: ...% bones, ...% intestines etc.
- What quantity of waste (Kg/tones) do you generate daily / weekly / monthly?
- How do you want to incinerate the waste? Ex.: daily, once/several times a week, monthly.
- What type of fuel do you have on site? Ex.: natural gas, LPG, diesel.
This information (as well as others that you will discuss with our specialists) is mandatory in order to be able to offer the best price/quality ratio incinerator from the IncinerPro range.
Recommendations for using IncinerPro incinerators, depending on the application:
POULTRY
For the incineration of waste resulting from poultry farms (e.g. chickens, hens) we recommend all IncinerPro models, depending on the amount of waste generated. Thus, while the IncinerPro i75 incinerator is particularly recommended for the incineration of laying hens, all other models, including those with very high capacities (e.g. IncinerPro i7000) could be used for incinerating poultry.
PIGS (SWINE)
For pig incineration, we offer a wide range of incinerators, depending on the volume of the animal but also on the total amount of waste you want to incinerate per batch. Thus, we recommend you to choose between:
- IncinerPro i200 incinerator – recommended for incinerating young pigs, small quantities of waste
- IncinePro i400 and IncinerPro i500 incinerators (vertical and horizontal loading variants) for incinerating fattening pigs and sows (IncinerPro i500V)
- IncinerPro i1000, i1750, i2000, i3500, i7000 as stationary incinerators usable also for incinerating sows and larger quantities of waste
- Mobile incinerators (e.g. a500, a1000, a2000)
- Stationary and mobile, high-capacity incinerators from the IncinerPro u range
BOVINE (COWS), EQUIDE (HORSES)
To incinerate large-volume animals (such as a cow or a horse) we recommend you to choose models with the main combustion chamber as large as possible, for example the IncinerPro i1750, IncinerPro i2000, IncinerPro i7000 incinerators, as well as the IncinerPro u range (e.g.: 3500, 6500, 7000, 8000, 9000).
SLAUGHTERHOUSE / MEAT PROCESSING
Depending on the amount of waste you want to incinerate per batch (i.e. the maximum amount you want to fit in a load in the main enclosure), we recommend that you choose IncinerPro incinerators with vertical loading (top) and, depending on the situation, models that can be additionally equipped with a special internal grate to incinerate waste from bellow and from above (e.g.: IncinerPro i850, i1750, i2000, IncinerPro – u range).
OTHER APPLICATIONS
Incineration of animal waste is necessary in many other fields of activity, for example sanitary-veterinary activities, waste collection, etc. Please contact us and describe the waste, the quantities, the frequency of generation, the fuel you have at your disposal as much as possible, as well as the rest of the information we will request from you.
A short meeting or telephone conversation with one of our specialists will give you a clear picture of the advantages of the recommended model, both from a technical and financial point of view.
