• 2 combustion chambers: 1 main combustion chamber (waste incineration) and 1 post-combustion chamber (for neutralizing gaseous emissions)
• Fully automated burners, with combustion control in each combustion chamber. The total number of burners differs depending on the incinerator model
• Advanced systems for monitoring, programming and controlling combustion parameters. These operations are possible through access to the control panel with touch screen technology, PLC (programmable logic controller), HMI (human-machine interface)
• Various automations depending on the model
• Safety elements (alarms, emergency switch, secure closures)
• Gas exhaust system

Legislative aspects

The process of incinerating waste (and resulting gases) at high combustion temperatures regulated by European and national legislation (e.g.: EC Regulation 1069/2009, EU Regulation no. 142/2011) ensures increased biosecurity, neutralization of hazardous elements and fulfillment of environmental conditions by generating clean emissions.
