Service

The equipment sold by Flextim Industry are covered by warranty and post-warranty. The warranty period, as well as the related services, are detailed in the Service Contract. All IncinerPro incinerators are accompanied upon delivery by the necessary documentation for proper maintenance and use, in optimal conditions.

  • Maintenance, overhaul and intervention services are provided by our own team of service technicians, authorized by (Romanian State Inspection for the Control of Boilers, Pressure Vessels and Lifting Installations).
  • Our equipment is accompanied upon delivery by detailed technical documentation, pre-installation and operating instructions. Our products are CE certified and have been designed and built by our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified company.
  • The warranty period and related services are detailed in the Service Contract.
  • The intervention cars are equipped with complete spare parts kits (including burners), so that we can ensure repairs in the shortest possible time, without affecting the work process.
  • In Timisoara, in our central warehouse, we have a permanent stock of spare parts and consumables adapted to the number of incinerators in use and based on our ongoing service contracts.
  • We have been and continue to be asked for technical interventions on incinerators purchased from other companies or other manufacturers, because they cannot provide professional service.
  • If you encounter technical problems with an incinerator purchased from another company / manufacturer (a different brand than ours - IncinerPro) and you want a fast intervention, please contact us to discuss the technical problem encountered and a possible solution. We perfectly understand the need for the incineration equipment to work at optimal parameters, so that you can carry out your activity in good conditions.
