Washing of emitted gases

Depending on the type of waste incinerated, a gas cleaning operation may be necessary before discharge into the atmosphere. In this way, the emissions will be clean, the level of pollutants will fall within the limits imposed by environmental legislation.

  • In the event that you have waste other than those of animal origin, the gases resulting from the post-combustion chamber of the IncinerPro incinerator will be filtered using a "Venturi scrubber" type equipment that ensures the wet absorption of pollutants.
  • The offered scrubber is a highly efficient scrubber, of adequate capacity, necessary for collecting particles but also for neutralizing acid gases. The scrubber is sized and customized depending on the IncinerPro incinerator model purchased.
  • The control, monitoring of the emission level is done by using a separate emission monitoring system, capable of measuring process parameters (e.g. oxygen, pressure, temperature), CO, TOC, NOx, SO2, HCl, HF, dust, etc.
